Welcome to Low Country.
You will want for nothing at Low Country.
This well-maintained Hampton River Villas two-story condo has a spacious and bright living area with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is also spacious and accommodating. There is a lovely screen porch with a storage room enclosed that offers views of the Hampton River.
The master suite upstairs in "Low Country" has a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bath and a private balcony with spectacular views. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a queen-sized bed and the second with twin beds. On the second level, there is a full bathroom.
The North End of the Island is a great place to be. There are miles of walking and biking paths. The Hampton River Villa Townhouses feature tennis courts and a swimming pool. The Hampton Point Marina and the King and Prince Golf Course are just around the corner.
This property requires at least a week's reservation.
Low Country, located on Plantation Point Drive at 1205, is the ideal place to relax with your family after an exciting day on St. Simons Island.

All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.

Everything was wonderful in the condo. Every detail was taken care of and it was beautifully decorated. The only problem we had was the pool was not clean and the area around the pool was dirty. The huge trash container was full and was not emptied all week causing huge flies to torment and sting you every second.

Our original rental became unavailable and Lowcountry was all that was available. The location worked for us since we were playing golf at The King and Prince Golfcourse but it might not work as well for others. It’s on the north side of the island which is nice but there is not much as far as restaurants or stores nearby. The agency was very responsive when the AC was not working correctly and had it fixed quickly.
