884 Wimbledon Drive is located in the Sea Palms West Community Courtside Villas and has the perfect layout for both you and your traveling companions. The entire house has been completely remodeled with beautiful decor. You'll enjoy having the master suite on the ground floor.
This beautiful townhouse is open, bright, and offers a beautiful kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and all-new counter tops. There is room for six at the dining table, two more at the bar and two additional spots in the breakfast nook.
The spacious den has plenty of space to enjoy the fireplace, play board games or watch TV. The sunroom is a great place to enjoy afternoon cocktails just off the den.
The master bedroom is located downstairs. It has a King sized bed, a tub/shower combination and double vanities. A sunroom connects the den and the master bedroom. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a TV and a queen-sized bed. You will find a second'master' room upstairs with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also sun porch access.
Courtside Villas are located across Frederica Road, from Sea Palms Golf Resort. The main St Simons Village Pier and Play Zone is located 5.9 miles to the south (Neptune Park). The Coast Guard Station Beach Access can be found approximately 5.6 miles from there.
Courtside Villas at Sea Palms West do not have pool access.
