Is it location you want? Island Square is located just minutes away from St Simon's original round-a-bout next to internationally known BBQ joint Southern Soul. Winn Dixie, CVS, Demere Grill, Starbucks, Redfern Village, and shopping - all within walking distance! The pier village and beaches are only minutes away by bike or car. 307 Island Square is a two bedroom, two bath ground floor unit with a nice patio for hanging outside. A large living room that can accommodate a party of six. Dining can accommodate 6 with a dining room table that seats 4 and a kitchen table that seats 2. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a wall mounted TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. This condo has 2 TV's, washer and dryer and a covered patio area. The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access, community grill and a fitness center. NOTE: TV's are streaming TVs. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. Very nice condo. Location was ideal to local restaurants, shopping and to the grocery store. Very modern beach decor and extremely clean! St Simons is set up perfectly for bike riding to anywhere on the island. ADDED BONUS: No need to rent bikes as this unit comes with 3 nice bicycles. The beach and pier are not far and easily accessible. This unit has everything to needed to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation and the island is very family oriented. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Overall we enjoyed the location and this beautiful condo! Management was very pleasant as we checked in! You can also tell how they thought of almost every little thing that could make your stay more comfortable. We loved how it was decorated and that it had plank flooring. We only had an issue with the dryer which was reported but not responded to before we left. There was also some sort of water leak under the kitchen flooring which was reported.
