The ideal place for your family vacation or much needed get-away, Will’s Inn is located on the banks of the Saco River, surrounded by the New England charm of the White Mountains and close to Story Land, Attitash skiing, golf courses and world class hiking and trekking.
We offer you rooms, some with kitchens and multiple bedrooms, apartments with wood burning fireplaces, bungalows, cottages and houses. We can accommodate groups from one to one hundred.

Just minutes from North Conway, Will’s Inn is surrounded by 4 acres of landscaped gardens and woods. There is a heated in-ground pool, picnic tables and BBQ grills and a jungle gym playground for children. From the banks of the Saco River you can catch trout or swim, float or just relax.
Our rooms are exceptionally clean, air conditioned and comfortable and open all year long. All are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, wireless internet and phones. Some have small kitchens and face the swimming pool. We are located just two minutes from a grocery store and many excellent restaurants.

Checkout time is 11 AM
Office Hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm in the busy season
8:00 am to 7:00 pm in low seasons.
Complimentary Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate are served daily in the office.
Continental Breakfast is available in certain seasons.

| Deposits:
Room reservations may be made by telephone or by E-mail and guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay (50% deposit required for house rentals) on any major credit card. Deposit by checks must be received within 5 days from the day that a reservation is made. No checks will be accepted when the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

| Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made by phone. If you cancel more than ten days from your scheduled date of arrival we will refund your deposit less a $25 fee. If you cancel ten days or less from your scheduled arrival date you will forfeit your deposit (usually one night’s stay plus tax).
For Bear Brook House and Glenwood House, a 50% deposit is required at the time of making your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more from the arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50 fee. If you cancel 30 days or less from your arrival date you will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation on your arrival date, or fail to call, you will be charged for the entire stay.

We were going to go to see the Grand Canyon this year but the gas prices are too high. So we decided to see what we could do locally and a friend recommended that we stay at Will's Inn. We have been coming to Will's Inn since the kids were little. Now that the youngest is almost 7 years old we thought this would be the last time we'd be in the area. Boy, were we wrong! The person at the front desk suggested that we take the kids on a canoe trip and hike Diana's Baths. Now the kids want to come back to take advantage of all the other outdoor things. They enjoy it more than Story Land! In fact, we all do. Thanks for having such a great place.

This was our second time coming to Story Land with our children, but our first time at Will's Inn. We were thrilled to find that your place was not on a busy and noisy intersection like the last place we stayed at. Also, the person who took our reservation took the time to ask where we were coming from (Rhode Island) and to recomment a route that saved us almost an hour. She also suggested that we have a late check in so that we could go straight to Story Land and take advantage of their free next day admission. Our kids had two days at Story Land for the price of one!
After we visited Story Land we came back, had a BBQ and roasted marshmellows out back, a swim in the heated pool and then the kids fell asleep while they watched a video in the room. It was perfect. Thanks!
