There is a private boardwalk to the beach and this community is one of the closest to the beach in Port Aransas. In Town, close to restaurants and shopping and also next to Sandcastle Drive, a beach access road.
This is a two bedroom, one bathroom sunny beach house in a beach front community with gulf views and a private boardwalk to the beach, please see photo of the boardwalk below. The private boardwalk to the beach is just a few feet away, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. In Town location and close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the miles of beautiful beaches. The spacious Living and Dining area have lots of windows and door to the interior private lanai off of the dining room. The living room has two large sofas. Wireless network for internet access. There is a VCR, DVD player, and CD player in the living area with Satellite TV.
The dining room tables seats 6 and there is a breakfast bar that seats two. The deck table and chairs seat four to six. The lanai is a great private area to work on that tan. Lounge on the deck furniture and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. There are views of the gulf from inside the house and from the deck. Fully equipped island kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Laundry Room off the Kitchen. There is also a garden patio area paved with flagstones for those evening BBQ's after a day at the beach.
This home is the perfect Port Aransas vacation rental for a quiet weekend for two, or comfortable enough for a small family gathering.
This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located right across the boardwalk on the beach. We have special rates for Winter Texans and Snowbirds.
Covered parking, and an outdoor shower and hose to wash off the sand. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request.
Corpus Christi Airport is minutes away. San Antonio is less than 3 hours away.
