Positive: We loved the location! Condo is spacious and Located right on the bike trail and just steps to the beach. It’s a short bike ride to Seaside and about 7miles to Rosemary Beach. We appreciated the convenience of having a washer/dryer and parking was super easy. Benchmark Management was very kind to let us in a bit earlier because it was cold day and we had a baby with us! Condo was clean although it felt like it could use a refresh.

Negatives: There was a lot of construction going on in the parking lot. Didn’t bother us too much but some people might not like that on their vacation! The master bed was advertised as a “King” but it’s definitely a smaller.

Everything was fine - Fix bed description

This is more of my overall experience than the place. I booked a unit a little nicer and with a better view than this one, but the AC wasn't working so I ended up here. Decent place, VERY convenient to the beach (best part) BUT the description said it was a king-size bed and it's only a queen. All in all, good place. My commentary is more towards my situation than this unit.

Loved the condo, but communiction could have be better.

Loved the condo and had a great overall stay. Struggled with the rental company's communication on beach conditions prior to the stay as the beaches around our condo and beach access had a lot of black wash out, debri, etc. from Sally. When we called a few days prior to our arrival we were told that outside of some beach erosion they were in great condition. That was not the case and wish they would have communicated the actual condition to give us an opportunity to switch locations. We ended up walking several blocks down so the kids could enjoy the beach so it worked out and the condo was excellent.

Great stay at The Palms D5!

This was our third time to stay at the Palms and our second time to stay in D5! The Palms can’t be beat. It is in a great location, the units are well maintained and equipped with what you need for your stay. D5 had been refreshed since our last stay in the unit. We’ll be back for sure!!

Fabulous Family Beach Retreat

Terrific furnishings and welcoming touches to perfectly clean condo close to the beach. Steps to the pool and beach, well kept property we have stayed at twice before. A hundred yards to bike rental and most gorgeous shore! Great entertainment system and wifi for kids. They love the bunk beds and two bathrooms! We will be back again soon!

The condo was perfect for our stay. We’ve stayed in every building at the Palms. I really enjoyed D5. The decor is beautiful, the furnishings comfortable and it was clean. My only complaint is the lighting. Being older I tend to need more light. The lamps were beautiful but not bright. Although there were overhead lights, I prefer lamps. But that is just a very small complaint. Everything else was wonderful! The Palms is the best place on the beach too stay!

Condo was decorated tastefully, was just steps to the beach and pool. Very clean and comfortable. We have been coming to the Florida panhandle for years, this was a last minute trip, we think we have found a new favorite. The Location was great. Seaside was just down the road with the food trucks, amazing! Destin and Panama City were close enough for us to go to both. Our favorite thing was that the private beach access allowed us not to fight a crowd. At night we would walk and could see the stars at it wasn't lit up by the city. Very quaint! The only downfall was the rug in the hallway. We all slipped on it until we decided to roll up and store it until we left. Hope to secure this condo for next year!

Although this is not our first stay in Seagrove (and won't be our last), it was our first at The Palms at Seagrove. D-S was a great vacation home, comfortable, cheerful, and our sons LOVED the fun of the bunk beds, while we loved the value of the rent! :) Just a short walk and a few steps and we were on the beach, and close to so many things to do in neighboring communities. I definitely recommend this location!
