Welcome to The Perch at Eagles Nest!

This stunning home has four bedroom suites, indoor and outdoor woodburning fireplaces, a hot tub, fire pit, and huge mountain views. The main house has stunning views from throughout the home. When you enter into the living room, the magnificent fireplace is the focal point, with the seating gathered around. The spacious kitchen features granite counters and a large island for workspace. Both a Keurig and a standard coffeemaker are provided, along with well stocked cabinets for your cooking needs. The dining table comfortably holds 8 guests, with room for two more at the bar. 

On the main level are two bedrooms, with a third upstairs. The king suite has a TV, ceiling fan, and deck access that opens next to the new hot tub. The attached bath features a tiled shower, soaking tub, and double granite vanity. The queen bedroom has a ceiling fan for comfort and a private door to the second full bath that also opens to the hallway for guest access. This bath has a tiled shower a granite counters.

Upstairs is a very spacious bedroom with a queen bed and two twins. This is the perfect room for a family with young children, and there is an attached private bathroom with tiled shower and granite counters. Over the garage (car bays are for owner use) is a finished space with a full over full and a twin over queen set of bunks. There is a game table, seating, TV, and private bath. 

In the yard you'll find a fire pit with seating around it, overlooking the mountainside. The Perch is located near the new tennis and pickleball courts at Camp Eagles Nest.
