Welcome to The Perch at Eagles Nest! While enjoying your stay at The Perch, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: 24/7 Dollar General concept store Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking) (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
This stunning home has four bedroom suites, indoor and outdoor woodburning fireplaces, a hot tub, fire pit, and huge mountain views. The main house has stunning views from throughout the home. When you enter into the living room, the magnificent fireplace is the focal point, with the seating gathered around. The spacious kitchen features granite counters and a large island for workspace. Both a Keurig and a standard coffeemaker are provided, along with well stocked cabinets for your cooking needs. The dining table comfortably holds 8 guests, with room for two more at the bar.
On the main level are two bedrooms, with a third upstairs. The king suite has a TV, ceiling fan, and deck access that opens next to the new hot tub. The attached bath features a tiled shower, soaking tub, and double granite vanity. The queen bedroom has a ceiling fan for comfort and a private door to the second full bath that also opens to the hallway for guest access. This bath has a tiled shower a granite counters.
Upstairs is a very spacious bedroom with a queen bed and two twins. This is the perfect room for a family with young children, and there is an attached private bathroom with tiled shower and granite counters. Over the garage (car bays are for owner use) is a finished space with a full over full and a twin over queen set of bunks. There is a game table, seating, TV, and private bath.
The expansive outdoor deck overlooking mountain views, has a square patio table that has seating for 8-10 people. 4 arm chairs and 2 benches for another 2-3 people. We also have 2 rocking loungers with a side table. All new polywood outdoor furniture that was just added in 2022. Additional rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs are available upon request.
In the yard you'll find a fire pit with seating around it, overlooking the mountainside. The Perch is located near the new tennis and pickleball courts at Camp Eagles Nest.

- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.

- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
