The live-edge dining table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family gatherings. The living room boasts a floor-to-ceiling stone gas-log fireplace and a modern leather sofa, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere.<br />

The primary king bedroom offers deck access, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath complete with a soaking tub, a tiled shower, and double granite vanities. The second king suite also provides deck access, a TV, and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and convenience. The queen bedroom is equipped with a TV and fan, and shares a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo and granite counters. -&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.<br />
<span style="line-height:normal">- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.</span><br />
-&nbsp;The main roads are&nbsp;plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in the winter months.&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp;Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
-&nbsp;The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
-&nbsp;All linens and towels are provided for your stay.<br />
-&nbsp;All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee&nbsp;per stay in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.&nbsp;<br />
