Come and check us out now! We are located directly across the street from beach access. This is a first-floor unit. No stairs to climb! Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom unit with 2 parking spaces! Tile floors, large bathroom with ALL appliances, and a huge dining/living room. The beach is literally just steps away! It's 100' but who's counting? We're also on a dead-end street. There are no speeding cars or traffic to worry about! You have NO reason to not reserve your spot! We're located on the ground level of a 5-unit complex. You can park outside your door and there are no stairs to climb. The couch in the living area can be folded out to become a sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms that are both spacious & comfortable. The master bedroom in the back, with its own closet, queen-sized bed, and 32-inch roku smart TV, is a great place to relax. The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is large and has a stand-up shower. The condo's floor is covered with ceramic tile and throw rugs. There are two large enclosed showers outside with hot water for washing off the sand (which is right across the street!) Topsail Island offers the perfect getaway. You won't want leave the beach if it's sunny! Wilmington, a beautiful city just 40 miles south, has plenty to offer, including Museums, Battleship North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher Restaurants & more! Perfect for a rainy day. Jacksonville is 20 miles north. We're near LeJeune's South gate.
