Property Description
Single Family Home with all the amenities you need for a perfect holiday. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has his and hers sinks, a lovely, large shower, and a bidet. The 1st guest bedroom has 2 Queen Size beds and its own ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double sink, bidet, and a large shower. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The kitchen is made of stainless steel and granite counter tops, with an island bar. The living room features a 70" flat-screen TV with magnificent ocean views. Each bedroom has its own TV. Two large decks, one up and one downstairs, to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom! Wireless internet, washer and dryer, and all the amenities that you need for a relaxing vacation. A 40' dock is located just three lots from the Atlantic. There is water at the dock, as well as a freezer for bait. A gas grill is available for your use. The pool measures 12 x 24 and has a 5' depth. Rates are:
$3200/wk
All holidays except mini week are $3,600/wk. Mini-week is $4000 Cleaning $250
$50 Booking Fee
12.5% taxes
$500 refundable damage deposit
If paid in advance, the cost of pool heating is $200/wk plus tax or $250 at arrival.
