Property Description
Newer and nicer. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will be a comfortable place for you to call your home away from home. The home is beautifully decorated with large covered patios, high-speed wireless internet access, 4 flat screen televisions, a fish cleaning table, and a bait freezer. Two kayaks (two-man), and one paddleboard are provided for your use. Dockage is available for boats up to 30 feet. You can fish right from the dock, or kayak to the harbor. The private pool (10x20) can be chilled or heated to your liking ($200/wk + taxes). Gas grill is also available for your use. There are four Satellite TVs in the apartment, one in each bedroom except for the bunk room for children and another in the main living space. Sombrero Beach is close by, as are shops, restaurants, and bars. The bedding is 2 Kings, 1 queen and in the kids' room, a bunk bed with a full at the bottom and a Twin on top. There is plenty of storage space downstairs for all the gear you have in the garage.
All holidays, including Thanksgiving, are $3,800 per week. The opening week of lobster season and the mini-week of lobster is $4200. August 20 to December 15, except Thanksgiving week $2700/wk Cleaning $300

Taxes 12.5%
Pool heater or chiller: $200/wk, if paid before the Wed prior to arrival. $250/wk thereafter. Security deposit: $500
