This Large floor plan with 1613 sq. ft has 3 Master bedrooms each with en-suite baths. Under unit parking/living space. And also comes with a golf cart!

The first floor has a large open concept kitchen with a Coffee bar perfect for any coffee lover. A large dining room table that sits the whole family, couch and TV with cable.
The first master suite is also on this floor has a king bed and a TV with cable.

The second floor offers the second and third master suite one with a Queen sized bed the other with a full over full bunk beds. This floor also has a reading nook with amazing natural light for a peaceful place to sit and enjoy. Outside on the second floor is an outdoor deck with plenty of room to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Go up the stairs to enjoy the top floor canvas covered observation deck, watch the sun rise or look at the stars.
