Beautiful 2 bedroom and two bath condo located in Barnes Plantation. Location is everything when you stay here! You can walk to many restaurants, including Southern Soul BBQ. Also, you can find groceries, hardware, hardware stores, gas stations, and other retail establishments. The beach, pier/village and golf are all within two miles.
This condo can sleep up to 5. This condo is perfect for a family getaway. It has a king-size bed in one room and a double with a bunk bed on top in the other. The weary traveler will find a fully equipped kitchen and two updated bathrooms. This updated, comfortable condo is close to everything on St Simons Island.
Barnes Plantation offers a large heated pool, a fitness center, a business center, a children's play area, and gas grills for the community.
All Barnes Plantation properties require a minimum of 7 nights.

* Parking is available for two vehicles. NO golf carts are allowed at Barnes Plantation. Pier Village is 2 miles from the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access.
