This villa offers the best ocean view on St Simons Island. You can watch the yachts or freighters come and go, or enjoy the beach activities. In the distance, you can see Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island. The great views of water make you feel like you're on a boat. Bella Vista is a well-appointed home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a theater, elevators, bidets, Jacuzzis, a chef's kitchen and two wrap-around decks of 800 square feet each. It also has 3 fireplaces that use gas logs. There is a pool, an outdoor shower, murals, and it's located in St Simons. You can walk or take a golf cart to the village/pier area. The garage is located on the ground floor and has a variety of beach toys, kayaks and bicycles. On this level, you will also find a theater with two bunk beds and an adjacent full-sized bathroom. The theater room has a screened-in back porch, and you can access the pool in the courtyard from there. You can enjoy the wall murals if you choose to use the stairs instead of the elevator to reach the upper floor. The main living area includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. Just off the living area is an 800 square foot deck with ocean views. One bedroom is located on the main living level. It has an en suite bathroom. The chef's kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. This is the perfect place to entertain family and friends. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom is probably the most luxurious on the island. It has a Lam Lee designed King sized bed, a full sized living area, fireplace, flat screen TV, and an 800 square feet ocean front deck. The mini-fridge and sink are located in the master bedroom, so you would never need to leave. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower and a private water closet with a bidet. The second bedroom is also a Master with an en suite bath, a small private sitting area outside the bedroom as well as a private deck.
