Real Escapes Properties offers Oasis on East Beach, an East Beach home that features a private swimming pool.
The house has four large bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms. There is enough space for a large family gathering! Oasis East Beach, located on 4318 Sixth Street in Miami, offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.
The gourmet kitchen, with its top-of-the line appliances, is open to a dining area that seats 8 people comfortably. A breakfast nook is located just off the kitchen and can accommodate 4 additional seats. Get together with your family and enjoy the amazing comfort of the den or, even better, the downstairs playroom!
The main floor of the house also features a Master Suite with a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a second Master Suite with en suite. On the top floor, there are two additional bedrooms - one with a king size bed, and the other with bunk beds.
The ground floor is a great place to relax! The indoor tiki-bar, mini-fridge, and ping-pong table will provide hours of entertainment! The Lounge is the perfect place to watch the games or dry off after a late dip into the pool!
The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $400. Please let us know before your arrival if the pool is to be heated.
This house will not disappoint you with its excellent features such as a private swimming pool, Wi-Fi and private elevator. It also has multiple balconies, the Lounge, and multiple balconies.

This home was very nice and clean. Large enough for a big family and friends. We found that it would have been nice to have more seating in the living room to watch tv. Also many of the lamps in the home did not have bulbs which made it difficult to read a book. The basement was also very dark.the dishwasher did not work well and we had to wash the dishes after the cycle finished. Needed more silverware too
It was great to have a pool. The pool area needs to be more inviting with some shade and maybe some greenery. Overall a nice home but these small
Detaiks would have made the stay nicer.

The process for the rental was so very easy and the staff so accommodating!! Thank goodness for the elevator but that was one of the reasons I chose this rental. Also, there were king beds & bathrooms in each bedroom plus two half baths, making it very convenient! It was very clean and comfortable! We thought it was closer to the village but it is a block away from a beach access which was very nice! We really appreciated the new bikes!! We had two issues; one was the dishwasher was unplugged/lose and the other was the ice maker "did not work." BUT..that was our fault for not pushing the tray back deep enough. The staff responded immediately and all was well!!! Only one thing missing from the unit....dish towels! A great 4days/3night stay!!
