For our guests convenience, a hose and spray to wash off beach sand or pool chlorine is secured to the main deck.  The villa is decorated with your comfort and pleasure in mind. The living area boasts of hardwood floors, furnishings in the tranquil hues of the ocean, 2 new leather loveseats, and is centered around a large-screen TV promising hours of evening fun and entertainment for the whole family.  A dramatic kitchen features white cabinets and black granite counters. The gleaming stainless-steel appliances will fill the family chef with anticipation! Pendant lights and recessed lighting offer a soft glow over the space and the breakfast bar with seating for 4 is the perfect perch from which to keep the chef company or simply snack. The adjacent dining space features a farmhouse table for 10 in front of the French door leading to the oceanfront deck with its adult highchairs for better ocean viewing!  The King Master bedroom on this first level looks out over the Sound side and features a suite of white furniture, an antique jade dresser, and soothing coastal decor. An en-suite bath makes this a lovely and private sanctuary.  On the second level are 3 bedrooms. An inviting King Master bedroom has private access to a furnished oceanfront deck, charming gray and yellow decor, its own bathroom, and the flat screen TV/DVD.The other Queen bedroom is decorated in cheerful teal and white. It has a beautiful seagrass headboard, a flat screen TV/DVD and ceiling fan. Best of all, access to an oceanfront deck is just through a sliding glass door. The last bedroom on this level features plush carpeting for fun floor-play, a Pyramid Bunk bed for kids (or adults)-twin on top/double on bottom, a separate twin bed, and a flat screen TV/DVD. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath. The entire third floor is a gorgeous King Master Bedroom, with plush neutral carpeting and a white wood bedroom suite. In addition, it boasts its very own private oceanfront deck, a big flat screen TV/DVD and a wonderful sitting area, with a large seagrass chair. What a perfect spot to read a few pages in a book, catch up on social media or just enjoy some silence. For your convenience, a beautiful and clean port-a-crib is also provided for our guests and stored on this 4th floor. An en-suite bath offers a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
