This elegant 4200 square foot beach house has been transformed into an oasis of beachy bliss, complete with a hot tub for 8 people overlooking the beach. This 7-bedroom house has 7 bathrooms and sleeps 24 people. It also features an elevator that allows access to all four floors. Recently, the elevator was upgraded with new safety features to ensure your children's safety. Every room has a window that offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal waterway.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD or VCR player, ROKU, PREMIUM cable for more media options and a Flat Screen. ALEXA Echos and Dots are also available in some bedrooms for localized music and inquiries.
Wireless High-Speed Internet Access is broadcasted throughout the house...and the large LED SMART TV above fireplace.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms: a King, a Queen, 2 rooms with bunk beds and a single bed each, and 1 room with a set with a trundle.
ALL bedrooms have a private bathroom. The King and Queen rooms open directly onto the deck, allowing easy access to the beach and hot tub.
The second floor is the heart of the house. It has a spacious kitchen, a great room with sundrenched windows, SMART LED TV, DVDs, and stereo components to fill the entire home with your favorite beach tunes. Bring your own movies or choose from our DVD collection.
The GOURMET KITCHENS is graced by granite countertops, a double-sink, side-byside refrigerator with filtered ice/water dispenser, oven, separate micro-wave, glass cooktops, 2 dishwashers and 2 coffee makers (Keurig/Mr.Coffee). The island also has a bar-style sink. The Kitchen is equipped with a variety of cookware, bakeware and utensils. You will also find a large additional icemaker.
The dining area comfortably seats 14 people at the newly-white-washed table and 4 more at the counter bar stools.
This level offers a comfortable office/den area that can be used as your 7th room. It includes a desk, a daybed with trundle and a television with video games. There is also a full bathroom and a beautiful view of the sound.
The third floor is the highlight of the house. It has 2 large master retreats, each with a king-sized bed, a separate sitting area with queen sofa sleeper and a wetbar with a small fridge, TV and DVD player. The bathrooms feature a spa tub and a freestanding shower, as well as double sinks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the adjoining oceanside deck while watching the sun rise. This beach is so beautiful that you will want to get up at sunrise.
Two garage bays are enclosed, as is an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. The private Beach Walkway features built-in seating. North Topsail Beach Park is just a few houses away and across the street. It has everything for everyone: playground equipment, a fish dock, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and a volleyball court on sand.

Hot tub is available all year round. There is an $80.00 activation charge during the Price Break and Getaway seasons ONLY.
This home is event friendly (weddings, etc.). There will be a $1300.00 non-refundable event fee along with a $250.00 cleaning fee. A $1000.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE. The SECURITY DECORATION WAIVER DOES NOT APPLY TO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS.
All EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED WRITTEN AND COORDINATED BY THE RENTAL AGENCY. The EVENT FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN FULFILLMENT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.
