This bedroom has a private bath with glass walk-in shower. From this bedroom there is direct access out to the oceanfront deck through glass slider doors. This room has outstanding ocean views.

Bedroom 4 is located directly across the hallway on the oceanfront side of the home (south facing) and is equipped with a king bed, various night stands, dressers, wall art, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan.This bedroom has a private bath with a glass walk-in shower. From this bedroom there is direct access out to the oceanfront deck through glass slider doors.This room has outstanding ocean views.

Second Floor: This level is primarily dedicated to living, dining and entertainment. Here you will find walls of glass that showcase the mesmerizing views of the sparking Atlantic Ocean which is only steps away from the large oceanfront deck.

The living room is all open to join the kitchen and dining area which makes for great entertainment with large family gatherings. This room is equipped with a large sectional sofa, love seat, nice comfortable arm chairs, various end tables, coffee table, lamps, wall art, several ceiling fans and a large flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace (fireplace not for guest use). In a corner alcove you will find a nice wet bar that is equipped with a beverage fridge, abundant cabinets topped with a granite surrounded sink and a subway tile backsplash. The cabinets house plenty of beverage glasses of all sorts and sizes for your entertainment needs. The living room also provides direct access out through glass slider doors to the extra-large oceanfront deck where you will find plenty of comfortable seating with added pub tables that are suitable for extra dining areas.

The kitchen is also a showplace in this lovely home. Here you will find lots of room for several cooks at one time.
