Ground Floor: The garage on the ground floor is large enough to accommodate 4 compact vehicles or 2 larger vehicles. There are also parking spaces for 2 more vehicles outside. This ground floor has a fully equipped game room, an automatic elevator that transports guests and supplies to upper floors and an additional storage room with a full-size refrigerator and beach equipment.
The game room has a pool table and a flatscreen TV. It also has a ceiling fan, billiard table, foosball, pub table with four stools, and its own air conditioning unit.
First Floor: This living area on the first floor is equipped with four large bedrooms, four private baths and a laundry room with a full-size washing machine and dryer. This level has direct access to the oceanfront deck, which includes a large hot-tub and plenty of seating.
This bedroom can sleep up to 6 people. It is located on the street-side of this level, facing north. It is equipped with two pyramid bunk beds (2 doubles and 1 twin). This room has a ceiling-fan, various lamps, a nightstand and dresser, as well as a flat-screen TV, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The second bedroom is located directly across the hall. It is a south-facing room. This bedroom has 2 pyramid bunks (2 twins and 2 doubles). It can sleep 6. This room has a ceiling-fan, various lamps, a nightstand and dresser, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The bedroom is located on the oceanfront (north) side of the house and has a king-size bed, nightstands, dressers, wall decor, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. This bedroom features a glass walk-in bath. Through sliding glass doors, this bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck. This room offers a stunning ocean view.
This bedroom features a walk-in glass shower in the private bathroom. It is located directly across from the hallway, on the oceanfront of the house (facing south). This bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck via glass slider doors. It offers outstanding ocean views.
Second Floor: This floor is primarily for living, dining and entertaining. You will find glass walls that showcase the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, which is just steps away from the large deck.
The living room and dining area are all open, which is great for large family gatherings. This room has a large sectional couch, a love seat, comfortable armchairs, end tables, a coffee table, lamps and wall art. It also has a large flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace. There is a large enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water. This is perfect for washing off after a day at the beach.
The Hot Tub is available year-round with an $80.00 activation fee during the PRICE BREAK and GETAWAY seasons only.
The Community Pool is only a few houses away and a short walk from your home.
