Property Description
Lovely covered patio overlooking the deep, wide canal on 7th Street.
Designed with the boater in mind, deep water dockage can handle up to a 50' boat, bait freezer, fish cleaning table and 20 amp elec.
Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, bars, tennis, golf, children's playground and of course the Cabana Club.
Nicely decorated, very pleasing home with all the amenities for a quiet, relaxing time. Throw a line in the water from your dock with the 7th Street canal being deep and very wide, chances are good you can hook into something.
Weekly rates starting at $1200/wk with all holidays at $1550/wk. Cleaning $125, $25 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit. 4 weeks starting at $5500
This home is only available in the fall and winter months.
Queen in the master bedroom, Queen in the guest bedroom along with twin bunks, and a pull out couch in the living area.
One bedroom has a closet, the 2nd bedroom drawers only under the beds, and hanging rack for clothes.
Very comfortable home. **Fall special $1,000/wk from September 1 to December 15 other than Thanksgiving week.**
ALL lobster weeks are $1800.00
