CLEANING AND INSPECTION

-We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards.

-All properties are equipped with bath towels and washcloths to ensure maximum occupancy. There is also one hand towel per bathroom.

These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, two paper towels, two paper plates, two trash bags, two dishwasher pods, and one make-up remover per bathroom.

We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-A three-night minimum stay is required.

Port A Beach House Company requires that all contract guests be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid ID, such as a driver's license or other state issued ID.

- PET FRIENDLY, pet deposit is an additional $250.

1) Beach View 54 offers 3 paved parking spaces suitable for medium-sized vehicles.

2) Port A Beach House Company will provide parking tags. All tags must be returned at check-out to Port A Beach House Company $25.00 replacement fee per lost tag

3) All vehicles must park in the driveway of Beach View 54 Parking in Red Zones and Street Parking are prohibited.

4) No boats, trailers, buses, or motor vehicles allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
