Property Description

TENDER TRAP - 105 Ocean Isle West Blvd. - This West End house is on the narrow peninsula, which gives these homes access to both the ocean and the sound side. It features five bedrooms and five baths on two levels. On the main level, there's one bedroom with a king bed. This bedroom has a private bath, and there's also half a bath by the washer & dryer. Upstairs, one ocean side bedroom has a king, and the other one has two doubles. The bedroom with a king has a private bath, and the bedroom with two doubles has a bath that also has access to the hallway; these two bedrooms have access to oceanfront balconies. On the street side, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one has three singles. Both bedrooms have private baths. There's a small den between the two bedrooms, with a queen sleeper sofa, and TV. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, blender, wet bar, and unsecured Wi-Fi. The sound side screened in porch provides a cozy atmosphere for your morning coffee, or watching the sun go down in the evening. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.

This property rents weekly only except after August 25, when it may be rented for a three-night minimum stay. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
