This spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms overlooks the marsh. It is located in the East Beach neighborhood. The public beach is a short walk away. This traditional home has over 4,950 square foot of living space.
You will fall in Love! The living room, dining room and great room are all spacious. This will make any gathering special. The Chef's Kitchen has a command centre with top-of-the-line appliances, a gas stove, and a kitchen bar with seating. The formal dining area with its gorgeous marsh view comfortably seats eight people. There is also plenty of seating at the kitchen table.
On the main floor, you will find a spacious Master Bedroom and a Guest Bedroom - both of which have king-size beds and private ensuites. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds with attached en suites, and the third has a double bed and a twin.
There's more to do outside! The pool will be a favorite place for your family to spend time. Enjoy the lush, well maintained yard with a privacy wall and plenty of patio and swimming pool seating. The spacious 3-car garage is accessed by the side street. There is also an additional parking space in front of the house.
NOTE: This pool cannot be heated.
