Welcome to Palmetto Cottage!

This two bedroom bungalow with two bathrooms is located in Glynn Haven Estates. This central island location allows you to easily access Sea Palms, the King and Prince Golf Courses and other golf courses. You can walk or take a golf cart to the many eclectic shops and restaurants on both sides of Frederica Road. Sea Island Causeway provides easy access to the island.
Palmetto Cottage is a new construction that you can enjoy when you are not on the go. Vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances and appliances with solid surface counter tops in the kitchen. Tray ceilings. Walk-in showers. It's a beautiful little bungalow.
Each of the bedrooms features two new, comfortable queen beds. You can retreat to a private patio area that is fenced in just off the dining area.

* The number of guests at the property is limited to four occupants. * There is parking for two cars in the driveway * Dog friendly, with a non-refundable $50 deposit per pet.

Super easy, booked it, paid it, picked up the keys, beautiful little house in a nice neighborhood, 15 minutes to everything (beaches, restaurants, sunset cruise). We had a blast and truly enjoyed our little getaway!

I was shocked at how updated and well maintained the property is!! Seemed like a brand new house, and is MUCH more spacious than I expected!!! We enjoyed it so much and it was a great accommodation for our anniversary trip with our dogs. The fenced yard was CRITICAL for our dogs to be safe when going outside. It was just everything we needed, and more!

When we first arrived to the neighborhood I was concerned because it was a very high density area. We were plesently surprised. The neighborhood is quite and neighbors are friendly. The cottage is very cute, clean and comfortable. Your not far from town or any stores. We enjoyed our stay and so did our 4 legged kids. The yard is completely fenced for them to explore. Wished the yard was not all dirt because they tracked in a lot of that.

We appreciated the Palmetto St, rental and, with the fenced-in yard it was perfect for our two little dogs which was a selling point for us. It's in a high-density neighborhood, but everyone we met was friendly. The unit could use more lighting.
Looking forward to vacationing with y'all again!
