DOCKSIDE LANDING 2K - Third level, two bedroom, two bath condo. This 924 square foot, third floor condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. This bedroom has a private bath with shower only (no tub). The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and TV. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for your drop by company.Amenities include outdoor pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, high chair, pack 'n play, SMART TV and secure WiFi. There;s a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Make sure to take pictures of the beautiful sunsets over Jinks Creek, and over the ocean, which is just steps away. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet. Please note: Golf carts are not allowed on the premises. All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
