Property Information

Views are stunning in this recently constructed 3700+ square foot oceanfront home located in the private gated community of Ocean Sound Village. The Village is less than one-quarter mile from the Topsail Island "high-rise" expansion bridge. You are minutes from a Golf Digest four-star championship course at North Shore Country Club, markets in Sneads Ferry, or a kayak paddle in the Intracoastal Waterway.

This home accommodates 14 guests. The first floor has two ocean front master suites with queen beds and private baths. The remaining bedrooms on this floor have private balconies with intracoastal views: one with two twin beds and the other with two sets of bunks.

The second floor has a master oceanfront suit with a king bed and private bath. A study, also located on the second floor, has a private intracoastal-facing balcony and doubles as a bedroom with a full-sized futon and full bath across the hall. In addition to five full baths, there is an enclosed outdoor shower. Televisions with DVD players are available in all bedrooms except the bunk room.

The large great room has panoramic ocean views, plus a wide screen television and a fireplace. A separate furniture grouping on the other side of the great room can be utilized as a conversation area.

The dining area consists of table seating for 12 with a nearby eating bar that seats another 3 people. A large, fully equipped kitchen, including a double oven, offers both intracoastal and ocean views.

The two room recreation area, located on the ocean side, has a pool table, and full futon for extra sleeping space. The “kids” recreation room has a flat panel television, with DVD, X-Box 360, the latest video games, game table, and a morning kitchen. Surround sound is on both first and second floors with a library offering CD’s, DVD’s and books.

A third floor observation room overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway can serve as an office. There's wireless internet available, so use our laptop in most any room you like. Also, enjoy the 952 sq. ft. of decking....We are confident our home will make your beach vacation memorable.

The island is home to graceful blue herons, snowy egrets, and brown pelicans. The North Carolina cost is also a popular nesting area for the loggerhead sea turtle from May until late June. When they hatch at night, hundreds of baby sea turtles can be seen running towards the surf from July until October.
