244 Sea Shore Drive
(North side of duplex)
This is the north side of an oceanfront duplex built in 2007, boasting 5 bedrooms on each side. There are 3 living levels, with the main living areas on the 3rd or topmost level, taking advantage of the spectacular ocean views. An elevator runs from the ground all the way to the upper level.
All but one of the 5 bedrooms are oceanfront. One of the ocean bedrooms (on the lower level) is quite small, with a double futon that can sleep one adult or possibly two small children. It has a wall mounted, flat screen TV. The other 4 bedrooms have queen beds and TVs. There is one oceanfront master bedroom on the lower level and one on the middle level.
There are oceanfront decks on all 3 levels. A boardwalk with a sitting area extends from the lower level deck to the beach. There's a hot tub on the upper level deck. There are lockable gates on the upper level and the lower level decks connecting the separate sides of the duplex. These can be unlocked when tenants are renting both sides of the duplex.
There's covered parking underneath the house for 2 cars, where there's an inside entry. There's plenty of extra parking in the driveway for other cars. There's an outside shower for rinsing off sand after returning from the beach. A charcoal grill is available for each side of the duplex.
Pets allowed only with a $150 per pet, non-refundable fee.
Please Note: There is a fee of $80 for use of the hot tub during Price Break and Getaway seasons.
