It is a 2nd row beach house with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs at ground level.
The downstairs room has a futon and a game table - a great place for kids to have their private space.
The view from the deck is outstanding - nothing but the ocean, birds, dolphins, and great sunrises! This is a great place with lots to offer at a great price!
Pets allowed only with a $150 per pet, non-refundable pet fee.
