Second stay in Pelican Isle 306. All new kitchen appliances was a super addition. Sliding door now moves easily. The decor was great, bed comfortable. Wonderful to have a place to stay that is BOTH clean and well kept. Kitchen well supplied. Not only is the desk staff kind/helpful but the other staff one might encounter, were always friendly and helpful. All of the facility is kept clean. GREAT TO HAVE FREE BEACH SERVICE. Highly recommend!

We selected this condo at Pelican Isle without any knowledge of the area or the property. We were extremely pleased when we arrived at the location. It is an extremely clean beach area that is not overly crowded. Very family friendly! There are restaurants nearby and it is not as crowded as the Destin area. The condo itself was very clean and it could not have had a better view!! We spent nearly all of our time on the beach or sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the complimentary golf pass each day and the two beach chairs set up for us on the beach. We also went on a dolphin cruise using the complimentary pass from Brooks & Shorey. My family couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach!

This rental experience was top notch from the time I booked until I checked out. The condo was ready for us when we arrived and we found it to be very clean and just as pictured. The view from the balcony was fabulous.

Added bonuses were the goodie bag we received upon checking in and the complimentary beach chairs for each day. The receptionist greeted us with a smile from the moment we walked through the doors.

We will definitely be return visitors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle very clean property and friendly staff. The beach is beautiful. The unit was very nice. The kids enjoyed having TV's in the bunk beds. We just came for relaxing time on the beach and that is what we got.

Very Nice Condo, Would Stay Here Again 2015-10-02

We usually vacation at Hilton Head and this was our first trip to the Gulf. After seeing that the sand and ocean are as pretty, if not prettier, in real life than in the picture, I don't think we'll be able to go anywhere else from now on.

This condo wasn't our first pick but it was our first pick from what was available on short notice. We were not disappointed. The condo is attractively furnished and surprisingly clean. We were very happy with the property in general and will most likely stay in this particular condo again in the future.
