The complex was beautiful and very well kept all the activities for children are great my room was very pretty but it wasn’t clean it was very dusty the minute we walked in you could see dust everywhere ��and the king size bed was very uncomfortable But the complex itself is beautiful

Parking was close to unit. Able to enter unit at time given. Nice view of pools. Weather took a cold snap and temperatures were below normal, so not really able to utilize pools to as much as possible. Pools were the main reason for rental. Staff wore identifiable clothing and were constantly at pool area. Love the outdoor entrance to unit and not having to walk down long enclosed hallways.

Very Nice complex. Condo nice and had all we needed.

Condo had the following wrong: The bathroom was missing a light globe, shower needs to be caulked, 2nd bedroom missing strip between carpet and tile and the main fridge was broken with a spare sitting in the dining room. Hopefully the refrigerator situation is temporary.

The kids loved the three pools and we’d love the two hot tubs also. We had a view of the ocean from our condo balcony. The dishwasher and washer dryer needs updated.

Loved this condo and the amenities! Condo was very clean and the perfect layout. Really enjoyed having two master suites and the extra hall bath and bunk bed space. Kids loved the pool areas and it was easy to go to and from the beach to the pool. Set up was great! Would highly recommend!

Overall, we had a pretty good time. My main complaint would be security!!! I understand that rules have to be enforced but it’s vacation not bootcamp!! It was beyond ridiculous every night that we were there. Mr. Davis was ridiculously RUDE!! Also, the African American man! They take their jobs a little too seriously! People go on vacation to have a good time not be scolded the entire time! Mr Davis went as far as putting chairs four feet away from the pool to show everyone not to cross them with their drinks! I’ve been on a hundred beach vacations and this is by FAR the WORST stay ever! Unfortunately we, along with the 25 other families, who stayed for our World Series, will NEVER be staying there again!

The condo was nice but we were not happy with all the construction going on above me. We have small children and it didn't set well with them trying to nap in the afternoons. I understand it (repairs) has to be done but I should have been told before I booked and I would have picked a different place.
I was not happy with the way the beach chairs were set up in a horseshoe shape. I feel I should have a front row seat while there. The pictures did not reflect it. Also the folks in the lobby were not helpful and were a bit rude.

We are sorry about the work noise from the above; Unfortunately, we were not aware of any work being done and owners have the right to remodel their units during business hours. As you chose to stay in big complex, that has a lot of amenities to offer, and limited beach area to the width of the property. The beach service crew is not able to accomodate all of the guest in the first row - they try to accomodate all of them equally. Our free hospitality app, phones and email are available for any needs and questions our guest may have.We hope that you return to Okaloosa Island, and maybe smaller complex will better accommodate you needs

The unit was very clean and well furnished. Since we wanted to spend more time on the beach the location in the complex provided easy access without having to carry our belongings through the pool area. Pool was nice and clean as well. Very family friendly. Wish the patio cushions were firmer and that the beach chairs would have been arranged in manner that more people could enjoy being closer to the water. But as usual we loved our brief stay and we always wish we could stay a little longer. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and well appointed. The third floor is high enough to see the ocean and low enough to take the stairs, thought the closest elevator was in working order. There were lots of restaurants in walking distance
