Lovely place but a few things missing 2022-06-18

We enjoyed our stay at The Islander 4005. The furniture is modern and comfortable and I found all the grounds people at the condo hardworking and friendly. At bedtime, the day we arrived, we discovered there were no blankets for the foldout bed and not enough blankets for the other rooms. We called the after hours number and a lovely employee helped us resolve the issue with some effort on her behalf. We appreciated her going the extra mile as well as her courteous manner. I’ve booked through Brooks and Shorey for years and highly recommend them.

The weather was not great at the bet of our week due to the hurricane. The condo was nice and had all that we needed. Good access to the beach.

This condo is exactly as pictured & described, even better in person. Beach is beautiful; chair/umbrella service excellent. We had a box of consumables shipped ahead to the Brooks & Shorey office so that we would have less luggage; office was very happy to hold for us. Had no issues at all during our stay at this condo; would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good experience. The condo and complex are older but seem to be well maintained. The beach and water were excellent - really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The deck is nice sized and could easily fit 4 people. The unit seemed very humid. The AC works, but didn't seem to take any humidity out of the air in the condo. Overall was a good stay and would rent again.

Great Vacation Getaway! 2021-05-25

We had an awesome trip to Florida. We stayed at the Islander in Fort Walton Beach. The location was perfect with a beachfront view and just feet away from a walk on the beautiful white sand beach. We always return to Islander 4005 on our Fort Walton trips. Love the recent updates to this condo and to the outside of the Islander. The condo is well maintained and clean. Also loved the golf opportunities offered with our stay here, the Regatta Bay course was beautiful!!
