OCEANSIDE WEST PHASE II - 49 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit F3 - This beautiful, newly remodeled, side condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. This second floor, side unit features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top). There's a TV in each bedroom. The dining table seats seven.Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and blender. This condo faces the west side of the island, which gives it a very nice view of Jink's Creek, and partial ocean view. This condo does not provide cable service. Streaming on four Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own accounts.*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.* ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This is not an oceanfront condo - it is a side unit.
