Close proximity of the best fishing in the area and less than an hour from Tallahassee Airport make Alligator Point the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. Our spacious, 3 bedroom, two-story, gulf front beach home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well as Alligator Harbor. The home's wraparound decks along with numerous French doors and windows make it possible for one to enjoy a dramatic water view from every room. There is 90ft. of private beach frontage. The house has been completed updated with a large tiled kitchen and living room for family gatherings, 2 tiled bathrooms,a fabulous outside shower with a covered eating area. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4 and a captain's spiral staircase to the loft that sleeps 4.

Swimming, fishing, shelling, sunbathing, birdwatching,biking, dolphin watch, boating, great seafood resturants and markets. ( It's worth the trip, just to eat). Golf course is only 40 minutes away. Alligator Point is not for everyone. It is a great place to rest, read and enjoy nature but if your looking for a place to party, this is not it.
Alligator Point is a very secluded, residential, unspoiled sand dune. Come for the beach, the wildlife and great seafood. Panacea is the nearest area for grocery shopping and dinning. The entire area specializes in seafood restaurants and markets. Wakulla Springs State Park, Panacea Gulf Aquarium, and Apalachicola are great day trips
