Property Information
This home is in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The neighbors are great and the stress level is low. You can dock your boat at your own dock in the backyard, or you can just sit and wave at people going by.
The town of Inverness is nearby and has 52 miles of walking and biking trails if you are of the ambitious type. The shopping and restaurants are too numerous to mention. There are several restaurants that are up river a few minutes and have boat docking.
The home has all the stuff you need to have a nice stay; pots, pans, dishes, and linens. All that you need to bring are groceries. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room. The Florida room has windows as well as all screens for mild breezes to blow through.
The living room overlooks the canal and dock also.
If you care to visit Disney, it is about 90 minutes away and Tampa is about 60 minutes.
The town of Old Homosassa has an interesting history back ground.
Nearby shopping in Homosassa is Cash n' Karry,, Publics, Huge fruit & Vegetable stand, Walmart and many little shops, Restaurants galore that are eat in,car hop,fast food,sit down, oriental, seafood, Wendy's, Burger King,
McDonalds, Arby's,Luigi's, Yulee cafe, and many, many more.
the post office is nearby as well.
