Sunrise Chateau, is an OCEAN FRONT, Non-Smoking, three bedroom condo(king,queen, 2 twins)on the top floor, with 20 ft. vaulted catherdal ceilings, creating an open & airy feeling. This unit offers both an Oceanfront view from the back screened balcony, plus overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway & golf course from your private front door covered porch! The front entrance is accessible by outside stair or elevator. Built in 2002, very modern and clean.
The family room has a 12 foot sliding glass door that frames the Atlantic Ocean, inviting you to come sit on the screened balcony, to enjoy your morning coffee, or just to listen to the ocean. The Master Bedroom, also has vaulted ceilings with windows to enjoy the sunrise & view the ocean. Master Bath has a large garden tub, walk in shower w/seat, handicap tiolets, double sinks, large & relaxing. The pool is heated for your enjoyment during cooler months.
