This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for all your vacation wants and needs. Open your sliding glass door onto the private patio with private beach access. Enjoy the view of ocean, while cooking in this fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances and all the amenities. The two full baths have been completely updated.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, a full-size and a twin in the third bedroom, also a full-size, leather futon in the living room. All with a view of the ocean. The living room has a 46 inch widescreen TV, DVD and CD player.
The back patio has a gas grill for those that enjoy outdoor cooking on the beach. Attractions include Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios within 50 minutes of the condo. Disney, Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruise lines only 5 miles away. Kennedy Space Center just 15 minutes away. World Famous Ron Jones and the Cocoa Beach pier are a 1/4 of a mile. Port Canaveral for charter boats, restaurants, grocery and shopping are within 5 minutes. Come relax and enjoy yourself in this vacation paradise.
