This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Lehigh Acres, just 12 miles east of Fort Myers.
The house is 1515 sqft under air, 3614 sqft total, including a spacious screened in lanai, solar and electric heated pool with integrated planter and a two-car garage. The lanai is equipped with a big table providing seating for six and there are 4 lounge chairs for relaxation.
The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and walk-in-closet. The master bathroom has double sinks, walk-in-shower, bath tub and a separate restroom.
The first guest bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, the adjoining guest bathroom with double sinks and shower.
The second guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds, the adjoining bathroom a single sink and bath tub with shower.
Linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils and there is a large dining table with seating for six.
The great room has an open floor plan, tile floors with area rug, TV, DVD player and stereo system with CD player, a couch and a love seat. Large sliding doors face the pool and lead to the lanai.
The house has a security system.
Dial-up internet access is available.
