Property Information
The contemporary apartments are all 'European' style furnished with a large floor plan. The apartments are truly a home away from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, toiletries and towels. In the living area, you will have access to cable television and free local phone service. Each apartment has a large outdoor patio area overlooking the golf course and can accommodate 2 to 6 guests.
All our properties are uniquely located directly inside the Lakeside Golf Course. A paradise for golfers and tourists alike, this location is known for its lush greenery and peaceful bliss.
Our golf apartments are located in Central Florida, therefore an excellent operating base for exploring several recreational possibilities in Florida.
Come and enjoy the comfort and luxury in our 2 or 3 bed room apartments. Build to accommodate 2 to 6 guests, these apartments are a true home away from home.
The spacious floor plans and warm decor of our apartments adds to the individuality of each apartment, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Additional Rate Information
All prices are in US dollars
9% Sales & Tourist Tax and an one time charge of $ 85.00 cleaning costs will be added to all rates.

Cancellation:
Cancellation 61 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60–30 days prior to arrival at US$250 for reservation up to 21 days and US$500 for reservations longer than 21 days. Cancellation 30–0 days prior to arrival no refund.
Damages:
A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check in for damage purposes and will be held for 30 days. Guests are required to report any breakage of or damage to the accommodation and or furnishings to management immediately as well as existing damage upon arrival.
Cleaning Fee:
Check-in / Check out housekeeping service is provided. Daily housekeeping service is available at an additional fee and can be requested at our office. Any reservation less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $85.00.
Extra:
Cribs, Highchairs, VCR’s, BBQ’s, Rollaway Beds are available for rent. Prices on request available.

All accommodation reservations are subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed by fax or email within 24 hours of your request for availability. The confirmation number must be quoted on all correspondence and vouchers. All reservations are not valid unless confirmation sheet is signed and faxed or (e)mailed back to our office. |
