Property Information
New, Non-Smoking, Island Home complete with designer furnishings!
Travel over the 4 mile bridge to beautiful St. George Island with it's white sand beaches. The bay area offers great kayaking and fishing.
St. George Island is across the bay from historic Apalachicola, Florida, seafood and oyster capital of the world. Apalachicola has become an enclave of eclectic galleries, shops and gourmet restaurants.
This three bedroom two full bath home features a large living area with vaulted ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and TVs in the room and the third with two twin beds. The sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps two. The large galley kitchen opens up to the living room and has all the cooking utensils needed for cooking the excellent local seafood.
Enjoy the island evenings and beautiful stars on the large covered deck in back. Either side of the home features extra wide entry steps to make moving in easier. Boaters and fishermen welcome. Three block walk to beach access and half a block to fishing in the bay.

Reservations are made by receipt of half the weekly rental and the balance due prior to occupancy.

| Deposits: The confirmation and reservation deposit due is 50% of the rent plus all associated fees. Reservations are made at the time the deposit is received. | Cancellation Policy: A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation. If the property is not re-rented for the canceled period, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment, less the $75.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded upon receipt of advance payment from the new tenant. |

| Other Policies: We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for vacationing students, house parties, or large groups. We do not rent to students or groups of students under the age of 25, even if one or more parents or legally responsible adults accompany them. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will not be permitted to register and will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. If a property is booked for these purposes without our knowledge, occupancy will not be allowed and deposit forfeited. If discovered after occupancy, guests will be asked to vacate premises immediately with no refund. |

Other Availability
Except for advertised specials, most rentals require a minimum advance reservation of seven days between Mid-March and Labor Day, as well as Holiday times. Weekly reservations run either Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Sunday, with some Friday-to-Friday. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Reservations made during the previous calendar year are subject to rate increase and availability.

Tim,we had a great time,loved the feeling of seclusion and the huge completely safe porch and house. The house was much bigger then it looks on line and hope to bring at least one set of kids next year. We didn't even use the third bedroom. We went fishing everynight off the bridge and even put our canoe in at the Cove in the state park. I brought back five boxes of shells off the beach. If you want any pictures that show the beautiful beach and sunsets just email me.Oh, can't say much about entertainment as we ate in every meal (saved a ton of money for gas).We did take in Indian Pass and St.Joe Park and they were also great!.Advice to travelers, don't come down Hwy 98 till P.C., it slowed us down going back out and the view was not anything like it use to be. A great place to stay and visit is St.George Island. The library across the bridge has free highspeed internet and great books for sale.

This is very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We found it to be very comfortable. It is a 1 minute walk to the bayside with lovely views, and a 4 minute walk to the beach. Our friends stayed in the Plantation, and we visited each other's houses, and agreed this was the better deal.

We had a really great time at the house. The dog loved it there and sure enjoyed the walks on the beach where he could chase crabs and just stare at the waves breaking on the beach. Walking around on the island sidewalks is convenient and the locations is really good. The cost was the best!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

We had a wonderful time and your condo is top notch! Our husbands rented jet skis and had dolphins swimming along side of them along with lots and lots of cannonball jellyfish. It was fun at dusk every evening to walk the beach looking at all of the crabs scurrying about. Loved to sit at the Blue Parrot Cafe on the beach sipping pina coladas and eating oysters, too. BJ's Pizza & Subs is a great restaurant--you have to try the buffalo chips!And the beach at the state park was an incredible sight. I couldn't get over all of the shells washing up on the beach! We were the only ones there at the time and could really take in all the of the beauty!(Don't want to swim at the state park--the rip tides looked fierce. It's great for walking along the shore; very picturesque!)

Our family just came back from a reunion at St. George Island. We had a wonderful time. The weather was picture perfect, the beach had beautiful white sand, and we even enjoyed two meals of fresh jumbo shrimp. How scrumptious!!

The Wahoo was awesome: designer furnishings, large open floor plan, well stocked kitchen. All the comforts of home - plenty of room. What a special relaxed vacation we had. My son-in-law and husband fished every morning and several evenings.
