El Sombrero is quietly located in the Golf community 'Rotonda'. This accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with open kitchen, lanai and a heated pool located on the condo property, which can be used by renters. Seize of the condo: about 1,200 sqf. The Englewood beach is only 8 miles away and approx. 10 Golf Courses can be reached within 10 minutes.
Many Restaurants and Shopping Centers are close by. Everglades, Key West, Bush Gardens in Tampa and Orlando are only a couple of hours by car away. But best of all are our famous beaches on Boca Grande, Englewood and Manasota where you can walk miles and miles without seeing any crowd.

Minimum stay = 1 week, (2 weeks December - April)
Cleaning apartments = $75
Cleaning Villas = $125
Power = $0.15 per KWpH (normal = $25 - $40 pro Woche)
Water, TV, Phone (local) are included in price. Internet as agreed.

| Deposits: Tenant must advise landlord at above address of intent to cancel. If landlord receives the cancellation notice at least 90 days prior to the first day of rental period a fee of US$ 100 will be deducted from initial payment. If cancellation notice is given 60 days prior to the first day of rental period a fee of US$ 200 is charged. If cancellation is done any time within 60 days, no refunds to the tenant will be made. If the property is unavailable for reasons beyond the landlord’s control, tenant will receive a full refund of any amount paid and will hold landlord harmless for any damage, costs or inconvenience. |
