Get place to stay. Location is wonderful you can walk to several places which is a good thing. Beautiful and clean.
FYI.... Blender had a leak in it which I let them know. There were no dish cloths or towels in the kitchen area.

This was a great little condo. Had everything you need! The view was beautiful from the balcony. They even had the condo ready early and let us check in. I will definitely stay here again. It’s a perfect space for a small family. Beds are very comfortable. Nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend this property.

Our rental was very clean and nice. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone! The only thing I have to say and it has nothing to do with this unit, but the elevators are extremely slow!

The condo had a beautiful ocean view with easy beach front access. The beach was beautiful and the location of the condo was perfect! Wonderful vaca rental experience! 2022-05-12

It was our first time staying in a condo and we didn't know what to expect. Our unit (Gulf dunes 506) was so nice. Great bed! Very clean and had everything we could have needed to live comfortably for a week. Heated pool, chair and umbrella rental too. Beautiful oceanfront balcony with amazing views. We had a problem with our shower and the folks at Brooks & Shorey did everything possible to have it repaired. They were unable to fix it completely so they moved us to another property, Summer place 302. It was even nicer than our original rental. I can't imagine any other rental company doing what they did to make the situation right. We are definitely planning to go back to Fort Walton beach and will be renting from Brooks & Shorey. You should too! Thanks again for everything!!

You should put east and west on the address. There are 2 buildings with the same address. We went to the wrong one first. This is an easy fix. The pool is worthless as it is filled with screaming kids. Thankfully the Gulf is a few steps away. The condo was nice. Well decorated and clean.

We were the first one to stay in this condo and it was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious for two people. view was wonderful. I really liked having complementary chairs on the beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We had a great time. We would rent this condo again.
