There are multiple decks to enjoy the breathtaking views of water from almost anywhere. There is enough parking for five medium-sized cars, and an entry for bad weather from the garage level. The foyer on the ground floor (Bad Weather Entry), is also equipped with an additional refrigerator. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower as well as an access to the beach that connects to the first level.

The first-floor living level includes four large bedrooms, each with a HD flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom. This level also has a large laundry area with a full-size washing machine and dryer. This laundry room has direct access to the first-level oceanfront deck, where you'll find a newly installed hot tub.

This home is event friendly (weddings, etc.). There will be a $1300 non-refundable event fee along with a $300 cleaning fee. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1000 IS REFUNDABLE. The waiver of the security deposit will not apply to weddings and events.

All EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED WRITTEN AND COORDINATED BY THE RENTAL AGENCY. The EVENT FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN FULFILLMENT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.
