Left on Apr 30, 2018 for a stay in Oct 2017 The home was well equipped and spacious which allowed our family to enjoy so many special moments, beach games and soaking in the hot tub. The upper deck provided numerous sunrise mornings to which to enjoy our coffee. Evenings were equally gorgeous as the sun set to a couple of glasses of wine. Intoxicating view. Loved our front row seats to watch schools of dolphins and shrimp boats dragging parallel to the beach. The home and area provided a relaxing atmosphere, low traffic and uncrowded beach. The beach extends for miles and miles without interruption making walks and seashell searches limitless. Lunch on the water at Big Daddy Mac is a must as well as happy hour at Peak�s for a cold brew. The Quartermaster restaurant and Gallager�s Wednesday night Karaoke were great finds.

Just what we needed! We traveled with 2 other families: 6 adults and 7 kids total. It was nice to have 3 King bed rooms and the bunk room and twin room were perfect for the kids. We have stayed at other houses right on the beach but there were 3standouts in this property. 1) Size of the living room: Surprisingly many houses with 4+ bedrooms have small living spaces and only one space. It is really hard to cram 10+ people in a small room. Not this place, the living rooms was huge! 2) Two dishwashers: With 13 people eating 3 meals a day there were a lot of dishes. The 2 dishwashers was genius. It made meal time so much less work and allowed us to relax more. 3) Nice furnishings: It made it feel like being at home rather than in a rental with the hand-me-down couch and particle board furniture. We will definitely put this one on the list to stay at again!!!!
