Property Description

HEAVEN ON EARTH - 225 East First Street - This second row house features five bedrooms and five and a half baths on two levels and it's conveniently built on a reverse floor plan for maximum ocean views from the living area upstairs. On the main floor, one street side bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and a single, and one has a double bed, a single bed, and a set of bunk beds. These three bedrooms have private baths with tub/shower combos. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom does not have a private bath, but there's a hall bath with shower only (no tub). All bedrooms have TV's. There's also an additional living room/game room, with a double sleeper sofa and TV. The dining room table seats seven, and there are also four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, a 12' X 25' private pool, hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, DVD players, and secured Wi-Fi. You'll be able to enjoy a shady, relaxing evening on the ocean-facing covered decks, or having a cook-out by the pool with the built-in charcoal grill on the premises. This property is located seven houses from the Goldsboro Street beach access.

Upgrades for 2018: All new TV's and new washer.

This house rents for a three-night minimum before May 25 and after August 25. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
