Property Description

46 Newport Street - This concrete canal home features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs, the first bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen with full size crib and private bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Bedroom four has a queen and shares Jack N Jill bath with bedroom five. Bedroom five has a set of twin bunks and a queen bed. All bedrooms have cable tv.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron, high chair, ceiling fans, 6 TV's and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six and there are six stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee. Newport Street is a direct beach access street and this house is located approximately two blocks from the beach.

This home has an outside golf cart outlet.
