This cozy cabin will offer you a high - quality getaway vacation for a low price!!! You will enjoy a private 5-person hot tub with soft blue and white lighting! Fireplace with all the real wood provided! Gas grill located on a multi- level wooden deck! Karaoke machine connected to the TV that has digital cable and plays DVD and VHS movies. Air-Conditioning is provided. Cabin #2 has all the comforts of home and more! Cabin #2 is nestled on the side of a mountain and in the woods, located in the Foot Hills of the Pocono Mountains, Kunkletown, PA. After parking by the hand made stone wall, you walk up a log path and enter the screened-in porch with a picnic table. Out the door to your right is a multi-level wooden- deck with breath taking views of the Blue Mountain in PA. Built down into the deck is a private 5 person hot tub/Jacuzzi.

Other Policies: No smoking inside cabin, smoking is permitted out on screed in porch and deck area. - No pets. - All guests must be 23 years old unless you are the children of an adult. - - Cabin is limited to 4 people. - Children stay free. - $200.00 deposit by credit card is needed to hold your reservation and goes towards your balance. - Balance of bill must be paid in full 40 days before arrival. - Contract must be signed before entering cabin.

Entering the cabin to the left is a cozy living space with a sofa that opens up to be a queen-size sofa bed, and, a Futon sofa that opens to be a full size bed. The TV has digital cable, which plays DVD and VCR movies, and a karaoke machine. The fire place comes with all the wood provided.

Bathroom w/shower has glass shower doors and is newly re-modeled. Provided for you is hand and bar soap, bath and beach towels.

Full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and drinking and wine glasses. There is plenty amenities in the kitchen, microwave, toaster oven refrigerator/freezer and stove/oven. Provided for you is coffee, tea, salt, sugar, non-dairy products, and all paper products.

One private bedroom with a full size bed with two matching dressers and bedding provided for up to 4 people. Bedroom has sliding doors that can be opened for those nice warm days and nights or to enter the screened in porch or deck area.

Property Activities

Come and enjoy our lake for swimming, fishing, and boating. Our customers are welcome to use the row boats at the lake for free. The lake has a white sandy beach area, and a pavilion if you decide to have a picnic at the lake. Camel Beach water park, Dorney Park and Wild Water Kingdom are some other summertime fun. In the winter, 5 miles away is Pocono Mountain Snow Skiing, Snow Boarding or Tubing at Blue Mountain Ski resort, and just 20 min away from all the other major ski resorts. If you want entertainment, visit the town of Jim Thorpe, which is set back into the 1800's, or visit Country Junction, the largest General store. We recommend that you make reservations at Penn's Peak for concerts and entertainment shows, and come see the races at the Pocono Raceway.

We are located within as few miles from many State Parks, like Beltzville State Park, Hickory Run State Park (hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, water falls and much more).

For serious hikers there are Nature trails at Appalachian Trail just 7 min. away, or for fun and adventure, start hiking right out the back yard of Cabin #2.

Some of the best county fairs in PA are within a few miles of our cabins. West End, Carbon County, The Great Allentown Fair just to name a few for rides, food, demo derby's, truck / tractor pulls or just good old fashion fun. Can't forget Misikfest for top stars, live concerts, food ect.

Take a scenic drive to visit farms, barns, covered bridges, one room school buildings, and much more! Or just relax at the cabin with a cozy, warm fire at the fire place, jump into the hot or cold Jacuzzi, or roast some marshmallows on the camp fire. Enjoy the Mountain View, while relaxing out on the multi-level deck. Take a short walk to the private Lake that is just down the hill and with each stay you will receive a free row boat rental for the lake. Lake is open June through October, but can be enjoyed much longer by sitting on the benches to relax. So, getaway in the Foot hills of the Pocono Mountains, PA., and enjoy the lake, beach, mountains and Country area!
