STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 250 West Second Street Unit 6-A - REMODELED FOR THE 2021 RENTAL SEASON - ALL NEW FLOORING, ALL NEW FURNITURE AND SHEETROCKED WALLS. This first floor, sound side condo features a great view of the sound and Intracoastal Waterway. It has three bedrooms and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queens. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TV.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, one is close to the condo and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, assigned parking under the building, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, and iron/ironing board. The dining table seats six. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the sound. You may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This condo is 2/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.

This property rents for three nights before May 20 and after August 13. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
