Both bedrooms have a queen bed.Amenities include outdoor pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ROKU TV with Spectrum cable and secure WiFi. There;s a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Make sure to take pictures of the beautiful sunsets over Jinks Creek, and over the ocean, which is just steps away. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready. Upon notification, please stop by our office to pick up your key/rental packet. Please note: Golf carts are not allowed on the premises.
