Property Description
323 East First Street - THE BEACH HOUSE 1100 - This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level, and sleeps 10. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have a double and single in each. The dining room table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Wi-Fi, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee maker and iron/ironing board. Relax and enjoy the large open deck with built-in benches, or sit in the shade of the covered porch. This house is located approximately 50' from the Winnabow Street beach access.
There's a two-night minimum before June 3 and after August 20. All other rentals are weekly only. This house does not have an outside golf cart charging outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
