Property Description

QUALITY TIME - 119 Ocean Isle West Blvd. - This West End house is on the narrow peninsula, where the homes have access to both the ocean and the sound side. It features six bedrooms and six and a half baths on two levels, including two master bedrooms with king beds, one on each level. On the main level, there are two bedrooms, one on the oceanfront with a king bed, and one with two doubles. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each; one bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top, plus a single bed with a trundle underneath; the bedroom on the ocean side has a king bed, and a sun room. There's an additional den on the main level with TV. The dining room table sits eight, there's a small table with five chairs, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include two enclosed hot and cold water outside showers, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, two ovens, two refrigerators, blender, iron/ironing board, 2 DVD players, gazebo by the beach, gas grill and Wi-Fi. With comfortable rockers on both sides of the house, you can watch the sunrise from the oceanfront decks, and the sunset from the street side one. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.

This property rents on a weekly basis only until September. From September 8 to December 31, there's a four-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
