Property Description

137 Old Sound Blvd. - This sound side house features seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths, on two levels, conveniently built on a reverse floor plan to maximize the views from the main living area. On the main level one bedroom has a queen bed and one has two double beds. Downstairs one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen, one has a queen bed and a double size futon, one has two double beds, and one has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have TV's and private baths.

Amenities include elevator, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, two refrigerators, DVD player, stereo, and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight and there are also five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The comfortable rockers on the covered sound side porch invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats, or eat lunch at the picnic table while watching the waterway. This property provides you with access to the oceanfront pool at the Islander Resort in front of The Isles Restaurant. The private dock on the sound is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.

Although this property rents for partial weeks in the off season, before March 24 and after September 22, there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
